OCCUPATIONAL BACKGROUND My senior management background spans companies providing Internet based solutions, software systems (traditional and ASP), computing and telephony systems, and outsourcing and consulting services. I have held senior executive positions in general management, marketing, sales, and customer service operations, domestic and worldwide. Following a successful career with IBM, I have been heavily involved in fast growth , turn-around, and start-up companies, such as Cullinet Software (acquired by Computer Associates), Fannie Mae Software Systems (acquired by Check Free), LDI (acquired by Sungard), and Melita International (now Aspect). I have been acknowledged for exceptional achievements in sales management, business development, re-engineering business processes, and team building. My management development training came from IBM, the Harvard Graduate School of Business, the Wharton School, and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Since holding the position as Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Melita International, I have provided management consulting services for the complete spectrum of technology companies.
